From Eicher Construction - Bellefontaine, Ohio

I, (middle of picture) moved to Virginia in 1994 from the family construction business in Bellefontaine, Ohio, where I was a general partner. My dad (front right) my two brothers, (one pictured on far right) and three brother-in-laws (two pictured on the left) made up the crew.

After coming to Virginia I began building homes in Cumberland Farmsteads near Cumberland, Virginia. From that start the business has specialized in New Home construction, building 3-4 homes per year, anywhere from 1400 sq. ft. to 4000 sq. ft. homes.

I have a general Class A construction license from the Commonwealth of Virginia with specialty licenses as Master Electrician and Master Plumber.

Sale Day for - Bellefontaine, Ohio - Eicher Construction

My dad sold his business tools in 2003, at a Saturday Public Auction. He had angioplasty done in 02, and with the cold Ohio winters decided to take an inside job managing a warehouse. Mom and Dad both plan to spend up to two months of each winter in Honduras assisting at my brother John's children home.

Eicher Construction - Bellefontaine is no more. Well at least not the way it was. (Click on photo for larger picture of the auction day)
